Exchange & Refund Policy

Eco-Scape guarantees satisfactory quality for all of our products. 

We will reject any requests that do not meet the below criteria. 

Exchange & refund policies in eastec.com.sg does not apply to Eco-Scape Garden Centre. For any enquiries regarding our policies in our garden centre, please kindly contact us at 6747 5282

 

Exchange

  • Only within 3 days from date of delivery
  • Only allowed for:
    - damaged products (only if that's the original condition)
    - wrongly delivered items
  • All items must be in their original condition, with its tag still in place. 
  • Plants cannot be exchanged

 

Refund

  • Strictly not allowed

 

Order Cancellation

  • When payment has been made, but items have not been delivered.
  • When payment (bank transfer) has not been made within 1 day since order was placed, we will contact you in regards to order cancellation.
