Monday to Sunday: 9:30am-6:30pm

Timing will vary during peak periods.


Different types of delivery

Eco-Scape provides delivery service within Singapore only. We do not provide overseas shipping. 

Delivery charges in does not apply to Eco-Scape Garden Centre. For any enquiries regarding our policies in our garden centre, please kindly contact us at 6747 5282

*For purchases that include both gift ideas and other products, delivery charge will be based on the other products.
*If the delivery location has no lift access, we will charge additional $50 upon delivery (for bulky items).

Once order is placed, we shall contact you in regards to collection date and time.

For same day collection, orders are to be placed before 2pm. Collection will be 4 hours after order is placed, but we shall contact you to confirm.



 Free Delivery

Only applicable for a certain amount of purchase and above.

 Non-Peak Period:
 for purchase of $120 and above

 For purchase of $300 and above

 Peak Period:
 for purchase of $300 and above

 Standard Delivery

Delivery within Singapore, excluding restricted/remote locations.

Once order has been received, we shall contact you in regards to the delivery date and time.



 Express Delivery (Same Day)

Orders to be placed before 2pm. Delivery to be made within 4 hours after order is placed.

Please note that express delivery service is subject to availability of drivers. Do call us at 6747 5282 to confirm the availability of service. We reserve the right to turn down request if resources are not available. 



 Restricted/Remote Delivery

Applicable to the following locations:
 - Sentosa 
 - Marina Bay Sands
 - Tuas
 - Jurong Island
 - All Airports, Cargo Complexes and Air Bases
 - All Shipyards, Ports and Naval Bases
 - All Military Bases
 - All Prisons
 - All Power Stations



 Peak Period Delivery (Festive Rate)

Only for Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.




Applicable due to:
 - wrong or invalid delivery address given to us
 - recipient not present or is uncontactable for more than 15 minutes
