registered private limited company incorporated in 2001. Armed
only with self-confidence and many years of experience between
the partners, our highly motivated team set out to make it a success.
Our core business is mainly industrial and commercial
contract cleaning. We also provide other maintenance services
such as washroom equipment/supplies and landscape maintenance.
The company has also formulated its own "service
policy"; consisting a set of objectives that exemplify the
company's professional outlook. Our operation is highly automated
with a office support that is fully computerized.
Our philosophy is to provide our clients with a
pro-active maintenance system so that your management can focus

on your main business. Our management staff will be "on-call"
24 hours, to attend to emergencies.

EASTEC offers skilled, experienced staff to meet your needs.
We believe in good quality control and never allow our Supervisors
to Janitors ratio to exceed 1:15 and our back-up staff to exceed
1:20. All cleaners employed will be required to undergo cleaning
courses after which they will attain proficiency in handling
equipments, basic safety in chemicals and general housekeeping
responsibilities. In addition, our staff will be trained to
spot & report any malfunctioning of utilities, pipe leakages
and choked drains. These contingency measures have helped in
the steady growth of EASTEC.
- Float Team
Apart from the cleaning crew who are stationed on site, we maintain
a float team to carry out all periodic jobs for our existing
clients. In addition, they can respond to unplanned manpower
requests, ad-hoc cleaning, urgent calls, or act as relief cleaners
in the event of emergencies.
- Insurance
Our Public Liability Policy is up to $1 million - All Staff
are covered under the Workmen Compensation.
